Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced performance and resiliency tester to design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests across complex systems. You will troubleshoot bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and drive optimization using tools like Dynatrace, Gremlin, and NeoLoad.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in performance and resiliency testing.
• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, capacity tests with listed tools.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and perform root-cause analysis.
• Experience with resiliency/chaos engineering using multiple tools.
• SRE/HA/DR concepts and disaster recovery testing understanding.
• Hands-on with various application performance monitoring tools.
• Healthcare domain experience is a value-add.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and run load, scalability, and capacity tests.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience:

• Must have experience in Performance and Resiliency testing between 6 to 10 Years.


• Design, develop, and execute Load/Scalability, Stress, Endurance, Scalability, and Capacity tests using tools such as NeoLoad, LoadRunner / JMeter.


• Expertise in troubleshooting performance issues, identifying bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis, conducting code-level investigations, and providing optimization recommendations.


• Experience in Resiliency/Chaos Engineering using tools such as Gremlin, Litmus Chaos, Chaos Mesh, AWS Fault Injection Simulator (FIS), or Azure Chaos Studio.


• Good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), High Availability (HA), Failover, Disaster Recovery (DR), and System Reliability testing.


• Strong experience integrating and executing performance tests through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.


• Strong hands-on experience in various Application performance monitoring tools including AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk.


• Expert in identifying performance bottlenecks at various layers like UI, App, DB, network, message queues etc.


• Having experience in Healthcare domain having value-adds
