Job summary

Qualifications
- 15 years in Performance Testing and Chaos Engineering.
- Design and implement performance testing strategies.
- Proactive identification of vulnerabilities using Chaos Engineering.
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of performance and chaos tests across multiple applications and services.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for chaos experiments.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for chaos test failures and drive fixes.
- Drive adoption of chaos engineering culture and practices within the organization.
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams on testing methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze system performance using New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.
