Job summary

Grace Care Homes is seeking a Program Administrator to provide leadership over the Residential Treatment Home and Adult Foster Home programs. You will oversee operations, staff performance, and compliance with OARs and regulations while maintaining resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include policy development, staff training, data analysis, and emergency response. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with regulators and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• QMHP certification required.
• Experience with residential care and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative oversight of RTH and AFH programs.
• Manage operations within approved budgets and staffing plans.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Maintain resident records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate safety inspections, drills, and on-call coverage.
• Develop and implement policies/procedures governing operations.
