You will also collaborate with referrals, regulatory bodies, and leadership to improve operations, staff performance, and resident outcomes, maintaining regulatory alignment and ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies.
• Operate assigned home to meet budgets and clinical targets.
• Supervise DSPs and ensure proper training.
• Maintain facilities and coordinate repairs.
• Coordinate admissions with referral sources and regulators.
• Manage census, payroll, scheduling within budget.
