Tiello is seeking a Residential Roofing Sales Representative in Baltimore, MD to drive growth in replacement, repair, and maintenance services. The role combines inbound opportunities with outbound business development, focusing on high-end residential clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract, build relationships with homeowners and referral partners, and maintain CRM records to forecast pipeline and hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in residential roofing sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to high-end residential homeowners.
• Strong CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to explain roofing solutions and financing options.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow a profitable portfolio of residential roofing work.
• Respond to leads, qualify needs, and manage opportunities to contract.
• Generate new business through referrals and relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, architects, and other partners.
• Conduct residential roof inspections and document conditions with photos and measurements.
• Coordinate with estimating and production teams to evaluate roofing conditions and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed proposals and pricing per standards and profitability targets.
• Present roofing options, warranties, and financing to clients; close contracts.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate sales forecasts.
• Coordinate project handoffs to production and service teams; ensure clear scopes of work.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
