Qualifications

• Knowledge of single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, coatings and NDL).
• Ability to close $3M+ in contracts annually.
• Experience in estimating and sales within commercial construction.

Compensation: $90K-$100K base salary with commissions + vehicle allowance + benefits

Tiello is currently partnered with a stable and growing Commercial Roofing contractor in El Cajon, CA in their search for a driven and highly motivated Sales Representative. The company specializes in commercial roof installation, inspection, re-roofing, and repairs. This position would be an outside sales role covering San Diego County.

Role Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing accurate and competitive estimates, and driving overall revenue growth. • Strong knowledge of single-ply roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, Coatings and NDL)
• Ability to close minimum of $3M+ in Commercial Roofing contracts annually
• Experience in estimating and sales within commercial construction
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
