Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a profitable portfolio of residential roofing replacement, repair, and maintenance work.
• Respond to leads, qualify needs, and manage opportunities from contact to contract.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and relationships with homeowners and local partners.
• Conduct roof inspections, document conditions, and develop accurate scopes of work.
• Coordinate with estimating and technical teams on complex roofing conditions and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed proposals and pricing aligned with profitability targets.
• Lead sales presentations and negotiate within pricing guidelines to close contracts.
