Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in residential remodeling, estimating, design, and/or project management
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and costs with familiarity with building codes
• Ability to read blueprints and develop cost estimates
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem solving and decision making abilities
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads promptly and conduct consultative sales calls
