Job summary

Iron Brothers Construction is seeking a full-time Project Developer to guide homeowners through design and pre-construction for residential remodeling in Seattle, WA. You will blend sales, client management, planning, estimating, and materials selection to develop detailed remodeling concepts through handoff.

Collaborating with clients, designers, architects, trade partners and our production team, you will organize schedules, review plans, and coordinate design appointments to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in residential remodeling.
• Ability to understand drawings and blueprints and specs.
• Valid WA state driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Attend consultations, capture notes, and follow up with clients.
• Assist with proposals and extract material requirements.
• Coordinate design appointments and scheduling with clients and team.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, and track project calendar.
• Support PR/marketing events and administrative tasks.
