Qualifications

• 2+ years property management overseeing 400-500+ residential units
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and CA landlord-tenant laws (a plus)
• Experience supervising onsite/resident managers
• Spanish fluency required

Responsibilities

• Oversee 400-500+ properties across Los Angeles
• Supervise 10–15 resident managers/on-site staff
• Communicate with 20–30 clients/property owners
• Coordinate with accounting, maintenance, and leadership
• Conduct routine inspections and manage moves and notices
• Use AppFolio for rent collection, reports, and delinquencies
