Job summary

ICL seeks a Senior House Manager to supervise counselors and staff at our onsite facility in Long Island City, NY. You will coordinate shift activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support resident safety and program integrity under the Operations and Program Directors.

Experience in human services and supervisory roles is valued. The role requires working onsite, with responsibilities spanning staff oversight, documentation, and crisis intervention support to residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 6 years of human services experience, supervisory experience is helpful.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Onsite work location required.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate staff activities and oversee shifts.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and ICL policies.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and direct care to residents.
• Assist with admissions/orientation of residents and staff scheduling.
