• Supervise assessment and reassessment activities with proper determinations.
• Develop and maintain written case management and service plans.
• Provide crisis intervention supervision and updates to plans.
• Ensure documentation, billing and data reporting meet regulatory standards.
• Manage program operations and staff scheduling.
