Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking a Residential Program Director in Beverly, MA to oversee daily operations of residential services for adults with developmental and physical disabilities. The role emphasizes quality living, staff supervision, and adherence to agency policies and DDS requirements.

The Director will lead the Residential Team, ensure proper staffing and coverage, and promote a person-centered PBS approach while coordinating meetings, audits, and program documentation to support

Qualifications

• BS/BA strongly preferred; HS Diploma/GED with minimum three years prior experience in supporting adults with developmental disabilities or human services.
• Must maintain required certifications (First Aid, CPR, MAPs, Vehicle Safety, Human Rights, Fire Safety) and possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned residence(s) and implements agency policy.
• Provides quality living support and supervision to individuals with disabilities and to staff.
• Leads the Residential Team, ensures staffing coverage and informed status of homes.
• Promotes PBS approach to support, growth, community involvement and decision making.
• Maintains required documentation: ISP Documentation, Health Care Records, HCSIS, Incident Reporting and schedules.
