Job summary

The Northeast Arc is seeking a Residential Program Director to oversee daily operations of residential facilities in Danvers, MA. You will ensure compliance with agency policies and state requirements while providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining safety plans, coordinating training, and ensuring accurate documentation. A BS/BA is preferred, with at least three years in human services and a valid MA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• BS/BA preferred; HS diploma or GED required; at least three years' experience with adults with developmental disabilities or in human services.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
• Maintain certifications as required: First Aid, CPR, MAPs, Vehicle Safety, Human Rights, Fire Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of residences and ensure compliance with agency policies and DDS requirements.
• Provide supervision and support to individuals and staff in a respectful, empowering environment.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and safety planning; maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Weekend On Call team for clinical information and status updates.
• Complete billing, payroll, and essential administrative tasks accurately and on time.
