Job summary

UCP of Long Island is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee multiple residences throughout Suffolk County. The role includes administration, staff supervision, budget monitoring, and ensuring quality of care for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• One to three years OPWDD management experience is required.
• Valid NYS Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall administration of assigned residences, including regulation compliance, staff supervision & training.
• Monitor budgets and physical plant issues; ensure quality of care for individuals served.
• Insure adequate coverage of residences, including monthly staffing/scheduling.
• Supervise and interview residence managers, assistants, and clinical team; conduct staff evaluations.
