Job summary

UCP of Long Island seeks a dynamic, detail-oriented leader to oversee various residences throughout Suffolk County. The position is located in Lake Grove, NY 11755.

Responsibilities include overall administration of assigned residences, regulation compliance, staff supervision and training, monitoring budgets and the physical plant, and ensuring high quality of care for individuals served.

A Bachelor's degree and NYS driver's license are required; OPWDD management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• NYS Driver License with one year licensed driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all residences, ensuring adequate staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure regulation compliance and audit readiness for state/federal requirements.
• Supervise staff training, performance evaluations, and on-call coverage.
• Monitor budgets and physical plant issues; manage quality of care.
