Job summary

Road to Responsibility in Marshfield, MA seeks a senior supervisor to oversee adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Service discipline preferred. Previous residential experience and supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Successful completion and maintenance of all state and agency mandated training.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from DPPC, DDS, and other agencies.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Cover shifts in assigned program with efficient scheduling of full-time, part-time, and relief staff, including personally covering open shifts as needed.
• Implement behavior plan interventions as assigned, including potential use of physical restraint.
• Coordinate medical, dental, therapeutic, and related service appointments.
• Administer medications per procedures.
• Train and supervise staff, conduct supervision meetings, and oversee documentation and reporting.
