Job summary

Road to Responsibility (RTR) is seeking a supervisory leader for a residential program serving adults with developmental disabilities. You will oversee staff, evaluate care, and train the team while coordinating clinical and administrative services.

Preferred candidates hold Safety Care and/or CPI certifications and have prior supervisory experience. The position requires commitment to safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Service discipline preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word and internet basics.
• Willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning DPPC, DDS and other agencies.
• Able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made.

Responsibilities

• Cover all shifts by scheduling staff and personally covering open shifts as needed.
• Implement behavior plan interventions; may include physical restraint.
• Coordinate medical, dental, therapeutic, and related service appointments.
• Administer medications as required per procedures.
• Supervise staff, conduct ongoing supervision meetings, and document accordingly.
• Oversee budgeting and administrative records; ensure deadlines for documentation.
• Communicate with families/guardians and licensing entities.
• Lead on-the-job training and support staff development.
