Job summary

Road to Responsibility is seeking a full-time employee in Marshfield, MA to provide operational and case management support for individuals in residential programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in human services or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet is necessary.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational duties assigned by the Residential Manager.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Assist individuals with personal care responsibilities.

Skills

Education
