Lead daily operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and quality of services while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring service plans.
• Supervisory experience with IDD staff or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two residential group homes.
• Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals and staff.
• Coordinate staffing, orientations, and required trainings.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and internal standards.
• Maintain safety, documentation, and program quality.
