Job summary

The Arc of Union County is seeking a Supervisor, Residential to lead a team delivering person-centered services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will ensure quality supports, safety, and independence aligned with ISP goals and agency policies.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Residential, you will assess needs, supervise front-line staff, and promote inclusion and community engagement while maintaining compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years combined Direct Support Professional and Assistant Supervisor experience working with people with IDs and in front line management.
• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with an acceptable abstract and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of quality person-centered services to all assigned recipients.
• Support ISP goals and comply with Fee for Service policies.
• Provide safe, secure assistance to help recipients achieve social inclusion and independence.
• Assess service recipients' progress toward ISP outcomes and coordinate staff.
