The Arc of Greater Prince William / INSIGHT, Inc. seeks a dependable Assistant Program Manager to lead a residential group home for adults with developmental disabilities.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee documentation, and uphold person-centered services under the Program Manager and Director of Residential Services. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in IDD services or related field.
• Valid driver's license with a three-year driving record.
• Ability to operate an organizational vehicle and transport individuals safely.
• Ability to complete required background checks, screenings, and DBHDS trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of a residential group home and ensure compliance with Virginia DBHDS requirements and policies.
• Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to the Program Manager.
• Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining staffing coverage.
• Support onboarding, training, and competency development of new employees.
• Ensure Individual Support Plans (ISPs) are implemented and monitored for progress.
• Review THERAP documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
