Job summary

The Arc of Greater Prince William / INSIGHT, Inc. seeks an experienced Residential Program Manager II to oversee two residential group homes for adults with IDD in Manassas and Dumfries, Virginia.

This leadership role emphasizes safety, quality of life, and person-centered supports. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with families, DSPs, and providers to promote independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field is required.
• Two years minimum experience working with individuals with IDD or similar populations.
• Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring service plans or treatment plans.
• Supervisory experience or equivalent staff direction responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two residential group homes to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered services.
• Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals and other residential staff.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, orientation, and required training; run regular staff meetings.
• Monitor compliance with licensing requirements and organizational standards; ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, coordinators, and healthcare partners to support individuals.
