This leadership role oversees residential and community-based behavioral health services, ensuring quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams, drive performance, manage budgets, and build partnerships with hospitals and payers while fostering an inclusive, person-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership or management experience.
• Experience in behavioral health, residential services, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of residential and community-based programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, contractual, and organizational standards.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Support quality improvement and outcomes measurement initiatives.
• Assist in budget planning and financial forecasting.
