Job summary

SoLa Impact is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform repairs and upgrades across interior and exterior areas of multi-family rental properties. You will respond to work orders, coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor, and collaborate with Property Management and Purchasing to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of hands-on residential maintenance experience, strong mechanical skills, and proficiency with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in hands-on residential maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of residential maintenance repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ordering and supplies of a fully functioning maintenance shop.
• Prepare and maintain HUD portfolio sites to pass REAC inspections.
