Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance II technician to maintain the physical integrity of our residential communities. You will perform advanced repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide junior staff to uphold high standards of safety and reliability.

In this role you will schedule and document work orders, participate in preventive maintenance, support capital projects, and ensure make-ready repairs are completed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multifamily maintenance.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairs on building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues; escalate complex repairs as needed.
• Maintain common areas and perform seasonal exterior tasks.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior staff.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
