Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Baldwin Place, NY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. With 2–3 years of experience, you will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general systems to keep our community running smoothly.

You will respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and support safety policies while delivering customer service to residents. We offer 40-hour weeks, a comprehensive benefits package, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-call rotation.
• Ability to read and follow policies, SDS and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and ensure quality workmanship.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark safety policies.
