Payne & Tompkins Design-Renovations in Cleveland area seeks an Interior Designer with 3+ years of residential remodeling experience to craft buildable, beautiful spaces. You will guide clients through design decisions while balancing aesthetics and construction realities.

You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, estimators, trades, and designers to move multiple projects from feasibility through construction, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of interior design experience preferred, especially in residential remodeling.
• Strong eye for proportion, materials, finishes and aesthetics.
• Ability to translate concepts into accurate, buildable drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process for high-end residential remodeling projects.
• Transform client ideas into buildable designs while managing budget and constructability.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, estimators, trade partners, and designers.
• Perform site visits and participate in construction discussions.
