Job summary

Mitchell Construction Group in Medfield, MA is seeking an experienced Interior Designer with a passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces. You will lead projects from conception to completion, guide clients through the design and sales process, and collaborate with our project team to deliver exceptional results.

This in‑person role requires senior design expertise, Revit proficiency, and a track record of managing design budgets, schedules, and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master's preferred).
• NCIDQ certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of professional design/architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects from conception to completion.
• Guide clients through the design and sales process.
• Coordinate client and internal team meetings throughout design.
• Develop design schedules and manage permitting and compliance.
• Direct schematic design and produce drawing sets for construction.
• Create renderings and 3D visualizations to articulate concepts.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality.
• Manage design budgets and trade collaboration throughout projects.
