Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in carpentry with minor to major experience with other residential construction trades (i.e. drywalling, painting, plumbing, flooring, and masonry)
• Must have own tools
• Experience with upscale, sophisticated interior remodels in high-end neighborhoods (must be able to demonstrate examples of past projects)
• Well versed in Kitchens and bath remodels
• Exp. interior trim work
• Exp. with cabinetry and countertops
• Must be able to read blue prints

Responsibilities

• Lead residential interior carpentry projects locally in the Cleveland area
• Oversee high-end kitchen and bath remodels with attention to detail
• Coordinate with other trades (drywall, painting, plumbing, flooring, masonry) as needed
