You will lead clients through their transformation journey, present design concepts with authority, and collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet budgets and timelines.

This role leverages Bay Area sourcing, showroom relationships, and a strong portfolio of kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of interior design experience in design-build firms, custom home builders, or high-end residential studios.
• Proven ability to close deals, upsell design services, and communicate project scope and value to discerning clients.
• Strong command of space planning, finish selection, and construction detailing; knowledge of Bay Area trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations, articulate design visions with confidence, and guide clients through contract execution for high-end residential projects.
• Space planning, material and finish selection, custom cabinetry layout, lighting design, and architectural detail specification for kitchens, baths, whole-home remodels, and additions.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and site supervisors to ensure design intent aligns with budget, structural feasibility, and construction timelines.
• Act as the trusted primary point of contact from concept through completion, managing expectations and selections.
• Leverage local Bay Area vendor relationships to source custom fixtures, tile, stone, cabinetry, and soft goods.
