Innovative Home Renovations (IHR) in Seattle is seeking a Residential Interior Designer who can guide homeowners from concept through construction, balancing aesthetics with buildability and investment priorities. You will collaborate with the project team and trade partners to translate ideas into clear documentation and compelling visuals.

You will work closely with homeowners to understand goals, develop cohesive design solutions, and lead design decisions with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent; portfolio required.
• Strong design judgment reflecting client lifestyle and project goals.
• Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with common design tools (AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit) and visualization software.

Responsibilities
