Job summary

Accurate Mechanical is seeking a Residential Install Technician to install, configure, and test HVAC systems in homes. You will lead customers and team members through changes in installation plans while ensuring safety and quality, meeting manufacturer specifications and company standards.

The role requires a hands-on installer with the ability to read manuals and blueprints, possess a valid driver's license, and ensure timely, compliant installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience installing HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Understanding of HVAC components and operation.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test residential HVAC systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Lead and guide team members and customers through changes in installation plans or technical adjustments, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain project timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes, equipment used, and any modifications made during the installation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and local building codes to ensure safe and compliant installations.
