Fix-It 24/7 in Charleston is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our residential installation department. This hands-on leadership role requires managing technicians, schedules, and workflows to ensure safe, quality installations that meet company standards.

The ideal candidate has strong residential HVAC installation experience, proven leadership, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum residential HVAC installation experience.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple installation crews and fast-moving schedules.
• Proficiency with KPIs and department goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation teams and develop technicians.
• Manage daily schedules, manpower, and job assignments.
• Ensure installations meet standards, safety, and codes.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and job costing.
• Drive revenue and profitability while ensuring customer experience.
• Conduct quality-control checks and address concerns.
• Collaborate with sales, service, warehouse, dispatch, and leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain installers.
• Hold team members accountable to performance standards.
• Identify process improvements to increase capacity.
