Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading IES company, is seeking a Residential HVAC Estimator to work onsite in Florida. This key leadership role requires an experienced estimator who thrives in a fast-paced production-builder environment and understands disciplined, accurate estimating.

The Residential HVAC Estimator will oversee estimating operations across branches, collaborating with operations, purchasing, and leadership to ensure consistent, profitable bids.

Formación

• 7+ years residential HVAC estimating experience (production builder experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct design, equipment selection, and load calculations.
• Proven experience supporting high-volume builder environments.
• Solid financial and cost-analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HVAC estimating for production and custom residential projects.
• Establish and maintain standardized estimating processes, templates, and pricing models.
• Review and validate bids for scope accuracy, code compliance, and profitability.
• Mentor and support estimating staff across branches.
• Assist with strategic pricing, value engineering, and builder negotiations.
