Job summary

Yellow Dog Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Needham, MA is seeking an experienced residential HVAC professional who prioritizes diagnostics and solid repairs over sales pressure. You’ll work with a late-model truck, take-home vehicle, and perform diagnostics and quality service visits in Needham, Newton, Wellesley and nearby towns.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems with precision, clearly explain options to homeowners, and uphold a tidy, professional appearance on every call.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential HVAC service and/or installation.
• Strong troubleshooting across furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini-splits, and traditional A/C.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Clear, respectful communication with homeowners; outstanding customer care.
