IES is seeking a Residential Electrical Leadman in Tucson, AZ to perform advanced electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across client projects. You will review plans, diagnose issues, ensure code compliance, and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using electrical tools, testing equipment, and related systems.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and electrical codes.

• Ability to use a tablet or computer for on-the-job reporting and communication.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and Motor Vehicle Records.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate project execution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and electrical codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project activities.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work and project activities.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and leading less experienced technicians as needed.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and job site conditions to support operational efficiency and safety.
• Support project timelines and assist with resolving operational concerns in the field.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication throughout all customer and operational interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
