C&R Electric Inc in Curtis Bay, MD is seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead new residential electrical construction from planning to completion. You will own projects, coordinate field crews, and manage schedules, BOMs, and billing while ensuring safety and code compliance. This role requires up to 30% travel and a clean MD driving record.

Qualifications

• Extensive residential electrical construction experience with strong knowledge of residential electrical systems.
• Thorough, working knowledge of the 2023 NEC.
• Direct experience reading and interpreting blueprints and residential electrical plans.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for multi-site travel.
• Proven ability to manage materials, build schedules, and track documentation for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Mark off and lay out precise electrical installations for new residential home construction projects.
• Schedule and coordinate the daily workloads for field crews to maintain tight timelines.
• Prepare, order, and distribute house-specific bills of materials to job sites and field personnel.
• Review, track, and process accurate billing documentation for all completed residential site work.
• Coordinate daily with home builders, local inspectors, material suppliers, and senior company management.
• Ensure all field work is completed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with codes.
