Job summary

C&R Electric Inc is seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead new residential electrical construction from planning to completion. You will own projects, coordinate field crews, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across sites in Curtis Bay, MD, with travel up to 30% to support multi-site work.

The role requires extensive residential electrical experience, NEC knowledge, and a Maryland Journeyman license, with opportunities for career growth and competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Extensive residential electrical construction experience.
• Working knowledge of the 2023 NEC.
• Ability to read blueprints and residential plans.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel.
• Experience managing materials, schedules, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical installations from planning to completion.
• Schedule and coordinate daily field crew workloads to meet timelines.
• Prepare, order, and distribute bills of materials for jobsites.
• Review and process billing documentation for completed work.
• Coordinate daily with home builders, inspectors, suppliers, and management.
• Ensure field work is safe, efficient, and code-compliant.
