Job summary

Pfister Energy is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager based in Maryland or Pennsylvania, with regular travel to project sites across the state and occasional assignments nearby. You will lead electrical crews on commercial rooftop and ground‑mounted solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple sites.

This hands‑on leadership role requires strong field problem solving and collaboration with PMs and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of electrical construction experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing crews.
• Experience with commercial solar PV installations (rooftop and ground mount).
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and solar electrical systems.
• Experience leading non-union, self-perform electrical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and travel within MD and neighboring states.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical construction across multiple PV projects.
• Provide field leadership to foremen and electricians.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to codes and Pfister standards.
• Review drawings and specs with field teams and resolve constructability issues.
• Coordinate with other trades and project management to meet schedules.
