C&R Electric Inc in Curtis Bay, MD, seeks a Residential Foreman to lead residential electrical construction from planning to completion. You will own projects, coordinate material, layout, and scheduling, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on site.

This full-time role requires extensive residential experience, strong NEC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and manage multiple sites. Expect 30% travel, annual bonus, and competitive compensation of $95k-$115k.

Qualificações

• Extensive residential electrical construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the 2023 NEC.
• Direct experience reading blueprints/residential plans/detailed specs.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven ability to manage materials, schedules, and documentation for multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own residential electrical construction projects from planning to completion.
• Schedule and coordinate daily workloads for field crews.
• Prepare and distribute house-specific bills of materials to job sites and field personnel.
• Review, track, and process billing documentation for completed site work.
• Coordinate daily with home builders, inspectors, suppliers, and management.
• Ensure field work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes.
