Job summary

Haas Entertainment is seeking a Technician to join our Culver City team. This full-time role focuses on servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting, Shading and Security systems on-site.

You are hands-on, technically inclined, and comfortable working in occupied luxury homes. Expect 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, with a company vehicle and laptop provided.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents.
• Understanding of wiring and signal flow.
• Troubleshooting integration of AV, automation, lighting and environmental controls.
• Advanced networking.

Responsibilities

• Servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting, Shading, & Security Systems
• Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents
• Understanding of wiring and signal flow
• Troubleshooting Systems (Crestron, Savant, Control4 (C4), Lutron QSX)
• Advanced understanding of networking
• Advanced troubleshooting of integrated AV, automation, lighting and environmental controls
• Control System Programming
• Train clients on use of systems
• Provide excellent customer service
