Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ field experience in residential AV, hands-on programming with Control4/Crestron/Lutron/Savant, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field experience in residential AV and home automation.
- Hands-on experience with Control4, Crestron, Lutron, or Savant programming.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, home networking, lighting control, motorized shading, and automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues effectively.
- Experience with wiring, termination, and rack building.
Responsibilities
- Install and service home automation systems (Control4, Crestron, Lutron, Savant).
- Work with networking systems (WAN/LAN, switching, routing, WiFi).
- Troubleshoot AV, automation, and networking issues.
- Perform new construction and retrofit wire installation (Cat/Coax/Fiber).
- Build and lace racks, configure surround sound and distributed audio/video systems.
- Install and configure Araknis and Ruckus networks.
- Provide client training on installed systems.
- Lead projects and collaborate with team members.
