The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in multi-family property maintenance, HVAC 608 certification, and strong electrical/plumbing skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC 608 certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years in multifamily property maintenance and supervision.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication with residents and vendors.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
• Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate electrical/plumbing proficiency.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ensure community operates safely and efficiently.
• Oversee timely completion of service requests and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas per safety standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to uphold property standards.
