Blue Roc Premier is seeking a seasoned Resident Service Director to lead the maintenance team across our communities in Florida. You will drive safety, efficiency, and superior resident service with a focus on preventing issues and ensuring smooth operations.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in multifamily maintenance, strong technical skills in electrical and plumbing, and a proven track record in leadership and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a multi-family setting and team supervision.
• HVAC 608 Certification is mandatory.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with residents, associates, vendors and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of maintenance associates.
• Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and handle electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ensure community operations comply with safety standards.
• Oversee timely completion of service requests and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors and supervisors.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and uphold curb appeal.
• Collaborate with service team to uphold high property standards.
