Blue Roc Premier is seeking a skilled Resident Service Director to lead maintenance operations across our multifamily communities. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in property upkeep, strong technical abilities, and a commitment to safety and resident satisfaction.

HVAC 608 Certification is mandatory, with proficiency in electrical and plumbing work. You will supervise a maintenance team, prioritize service requests, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with residents,

Qualifications

• HVAC 608 Certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and supervision.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
• Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
