Qualifications

• HVAC 608 certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
• Electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with residents, associates, vendors and supervisors.
• Experience in preventive and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance repairs: conduct general maintenance repairs and ensure functionality of systems.
• Unit preparation: prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Technical expertise: utilize HVAC 608 certification and perform electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Safety and cleanliness: maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to safety standards.
• Communication: communicate with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues.
• Team collaboration: collaborate with service team to improve curb appeal and property standards.
