Qualifications

• Prior experience in multi-family property management or similar environment.
• Ability to de-escalate conflict professionally and maintain customer focus.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner per Thrive standards.
• Complete routine work orders and coordinate make-readies and repairs.
• Assist with after-hours calls and emergency responses as needed.
• Maintain safety records, inspections and documentation in the system.
