American Campus Communities’ University Club Apartments in Gainesville, FL seeks a Resident Experience Manager. You will lead the property team, oversee leasing, marketing and administrative operations, recruit and develop staff, and partner with the Service Manager on budget performance to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in student or multi-family housing or similar industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred
• Skills in leasing, marketing, customer service, budgeting, supervision, business administration, public relations, residence life, and student development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and demonstrated leadership

Responsibilities

• Supervise office team and property staff to deliver exceptional resident experience across leasing, marketing and admin operations
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports; conduct performance evaluations
• Coordinate compensation adjustments with HR; manage team development
• Deliver leasing, marketing and admin efforts to meet company standards and drive results
• Oversee marketing events and website quality/visual standards
• Collect resident feedback, generate action plans for improvement
• Manage administrative needs: scheduling, payroll, invoices, contracts
• Partner with Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and budget performance
• Own property financials, purchasing and budget performance with Service Manager
• Communicate with university partners and represent ACC at events
• Oversee rent collection and eviction processes with centralized services when needed
• Resolve resident conflicts and maintain key controls
• Perform other duties as assigned
