Campus Advantage is seeking a Leasing Manager in Gainesville, FL to oversee leasing operations for our student housing community. You will manage the leasing team, drive occupancy, and ensure a high level of resident service through effective marketing and strong process discipline.

This hands-on role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-service mindset, with responsibilities from tours to lease signings and collaboration with local universities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Student Housing.
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office and Entrata.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing team and ensure goals are met with excellent customer service.
• Input executed lease files into the leasing database and physical files.
• Maintain leasing files and ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to increase occupancy and renewal rates.
• Create and implement an annual marketing plan and evaluate outcomes.
